Living area 1
This apartment is very suitable for your vacation in Munich Germany. Gut Mischenried is close to Munich (30 minutes via autobahn or by train) and still has the countryside flair of Upper Bavaria. Here in Gut Mischenried, we have none of the constriced spaces that guests have to suffer in Munich.
This apartment is 71m² or 764 ft² in size and faces south. Big glass doors and windows let in lots of natural light and provide a nice view over the fields.
It has a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a big bathroom with a wide shower stall made from glass.
Kitchen
The kitchen, as well as the dining room, is integrated into the living room. It has every kitchen appliance needed for baking and cooking.
Bedroom 1
In the master bedroom is a hand made solid wood double bed. Like almost every other piece of furniture, it has been made in Gut Mischenried by ourselves. It features excellent mattresses and can be easily accessed because we built it to comfort height.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with an extra spacious and comfortable shower.
Bedroom 2
The same concept as in the main bedroom can be found in the second bedroom: two single beds have been made using the same machines and measurements. The mattresses are the same as in the master bedroom.
Living area 2
Two additional stackable beds can be found in the living room. These beds serve as a couch during the day and can be set beside each other to provide sleeping accomodations for two additional persons. The mattresses in these beds are the same high quality mattresses that can be found in the regular beds.
There is also a hand made dining table in the living room that has been made from wood which used to grow here in Gut Mischenried. The heavy tabletop is being supported by an even heavier solid steel frame.

This apartment is situated on the ground floor and is made specifically to meet the requirements of our guests who like to travel with their dogs. It measures 66m² (710 ft²).
The terrace has a tile floor and allows for nice long breakfasts in the sun...
There is a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a big bathroom and a sunny terrace. It is perfectly suited for vacations with your dog (s).
To achieve a pleasant flair, the whole apartment has been painted in a warm yellow hue and has been equipped with only solid wood furniture, most of which has been designed and made in Gut Mischenried itself.
The kitchen, as well as the dining room, is integrated into the living room. It has every kitchen appliance needed for baking and cooking.
The living room offers sleeping arrangements for two additional people: We have designed flat beds that are made to fit on top of each other. Stacked, they make a comfortable couch with lots of pillows. For sleeping, they can be positioned next to each other.
Like the other beds in the bedrooms, these stackable beds are made in Gut Mischenried and offer high quality mattresses. In addition, all beds have been constructed with open ends to make sure that tall people can sleep in them comfortably.
Should the need for indoor-entertainment arise, this apartment offers a Smart TV with an integrated DVD player, Netflix and Youtube apps, satellite TV and a custom made sound bar. The whole system can be controlled by just one remote. If one likes off-screen entertainment: In the basement is a full scale pool table.
